That screaming meemee was probably his wife and buddy saw his chance for freedom! He stole a ladder from the maintenance guy (who was on lunch), propped it against the wires, climbed up and grabbed the wires knowing he'd finally be at peace!

Boy is he in for a surprise if he survived.
