Technician Dies During the Testing of a Bridge
A technician of the Civil Protection Department, Danilo Zavatta, 55, died in Ravenna (Italy) during the investigation to test a bridge that had been closed to traffic after some landslides had occurred on the river embankment.

Socialism /decay of Western Civilization is probably a big factor. Many 2000 year old Roman aqueducts and other buildings are still standing, made without reinforced concrete. That guy almost made it, what a bummer... |
