To me it looked like the survivors came from the far side of the tankers - probably from the one that didn't leak. I think the two that were on the truck were affected by the release, fell when trying to descend from the truck and may have suffered injuries, and suffocated. I think they may have been unconcious before the explosion. Found myself wondering what the radiant heat felt like to the two survivors on the edge of the explosion's perimeter. |

propane is scary stuff. unlike methane, propane is heavier than air so when it leaks, it'll hang around. methane would have mostly when up in the sky.
