No way he can know it after losing that much blood anyone loses consciousness imo. I saw that action during animal sacrifice a lot of time I bet this guy saw it that way too when you do this on a sheep you can break its neck easily but seems like it didnt work on human body.

I guess this is a new one. You could see his body jerk when they first twisted his head to face backwards which must have snapped his spine.

Funny cause I just watched that and the first thing I thought was "Wow,that's the first time I've seen the head roll off the back in a video from Iraq....  " ... They always get that shit right.
