I always wonder at what moment they really die. When is saving still an option, and when has that window of time passed. Not a med student (obviously)

Probably around the 5 minute mark she had crossed the point of no return, after that its just agony breathing and involuntary convulsions, even if she had been cut down then and there and gotten car its doubtful she would have been revivalable.
