You ignorant twat. A heart-shot would have resulted in a much quicker death than that. That was most likely just a lung puncture and resulting pneumothorax (based on the heavy breathing), at best a minor pulmonary vessel hit.

It's hard to see what's going on... I saw him pull his hand out of his hoodie and point something towards the clerk, but then he immediately stepped back and looked away. Seems weird for someone trying to rob the cashier... Then again, as the 'cop' approached him on the floor, he swiped something away from him with his foot... Maybe it was a knife?

As the guy walks in, he forcefully pulls something out of his waist area. I don't know about you guys, but when I get a text, I don't pull my phone out like I'm going to beat someone to death with it lol.

He then points whatever it is at the cashier, which the cop sees, backs up, and draws (which, again, probably means it was a weapon). And then after the cop takes him, he kicks something away. More evidence that he was armed. Good video, better kill, badasses wear green shirts.

I know this is old, but I'm sick of people like that girl at the beginning of the thread that likes to defend criminals and question cops.
