In all honesty though.... through all the fucked up videos on here where people stand around and watch others die, cell phone in hand.... it was a little refreshing to see some humanity and someone kneel down and hold his hand during his last moments.

Amazingly, in some countries that have a quick emergency response time and advanced trauma centers, this could possibly be a survivable injury.
