ISIS was created loooooong before Obama, in the late 90's no less. Bush is credited with creating ISIS and after the death of American Nick Berg by the eventual spiritual founder of ISIS, I'd say by 2014 no one was "early" to ISIS as they'd been ravishing the Middle East for nearly a decade already. But the fact you don't know that already shows how well the propaganda machine has been churning long before you even knew of its existence.

Isis was not created in the 90's. Most of Isis was formed by Saddam's Republican Guard and ex Iraqi soldiers after the 2nd Gulf war. You shouldn't talk about things that you know nothing about

You're actually agreeing with me, so idk why you're being so hostile. I said by 2014 ISIS had already been in the Middle East for over a decade. The 2nd Gulf War started in 2003. I am no expert, but much of my family and friends lost their lives in that war so I'm not entirely ignorant here.
