As a commercial driver I get that ALL THE FUCKING TIME. If I dare move over for a disabled vehicle, somebody changing a tire, law enforcement, or a roadside assistance vehicle you can bet I'll have some impatient asscock duck around me to the right and scare everybody shitless. In Florida it's a 3 point moving violation and a serious fine. All to save 4 seconds.
