It is illegal to send out contractors for direct action missions. That would make them mercs. As long as NATO is there you won't see that type of shit happening. The Advisors have to belong to a nation's military incase they fuck up, that nation can be held responsible. BTW SF medic selection is on par with civie surgeon schools and are required for an ODA to operate in the field.

Have you ever heard of OP Anaconda? I worked with more then enough SF ODA's. How many have I killed? I'm one of the top earners on this site, I can guarantee you that. Not to mention I'm an advisor now.
