In arguing that the death penalty should be instituted because it costs less, you were either too stupid or too lazy to even bother checking out the statistics. If you had done even a simple google search, you could see that because of costly legal appeals and mandatory procedures it actually costs way more to put a person to death than to imprison them for life.
