Re: South Beach Police Kill Man Who Stabbed Officer
Because Police are taught to cuff while the tazer is still under power. Meaning you have 5 seconds from when the barbs connect, to cuff the suspect who is typically rendered incapacitated. However in this case as the rushed in, the tazer became disconnected, allowing the suspect to stab an officer. At that point- Yeah, you're going to open fire. To suggest the police did something wrong and "only in america" is just foolish in this situation, and shows you don't understand actual tactics. The Police handle things poorly in many cases, this wasn't one of them. One Officer stabbed, one subject shot so he couldn't keep stabbing. No innocent people hurt. |
