Kind of amusing  They would have been better off if they let the snake bite them, before driving to a hospital  It's all too common where I live.. People have been driving on the highway just to see a python pop out of the bonnet of the car because the engine bay starts getting too warm for it. |

So a vehicle stops to let the snake cross the road and the bus rear ends that vehicle? It's like the deer thing in America. You are better off just running that slimy dead eyed cowboy boot farmer over. |

I'm confused.... So, was the snake in the bus, or did he swerve for the snake in the road? Was the a case of, 'Snakes on a Bus!?' Bit seriously, I've run over black mambas and they latch on underneath the car/truck, and there is nothing you can do but get to where you're going, leap out as far away from the vehicle as possible and pray it goes away on its own. Snakes love the warmth they find in engines, and will look for any little place in warm vehicles. They're so much more afraid of you, than you are of them. Yup... even the BM.  |

The thing everyone here forgets, is that the SNAKE WAS DRIVING THE BUS! Snakes don't have the best judgement. Also, they have no hands or feet for driving purposes. NEVER let a snake drive! My safety tip of the day. |
