I don't agree at all with the slowness. Slow, yes, but I do not share that enthusiasm(no offense, here is why); you must factor in the air temperature, for one, plus the sheer quality of the look on the man's face. The steam coming off the blood and the flesh is absolutely flabbergasting. It is a very rare(in video documentation) that you get to see almost an ambient horror to the scene in addition to the fact that is life is being cut short, for whatever reason; at this point, it does not really matter, right? You know he is still alive, he is almost comically giving a "what the hell is taking so long??" kind of look. I say a perfect ten, this is a document that must show the horrors and pain of be-heading(which before, the idea was it was "relatively painless") in order to show us better what hell one must go through, no matter what religion, creed, beliefs one may have.

You take an American baby beat to death. You take an Iraqi insurgent and blow their brains out with a .50 Cal(nice pic of that, by the way). Either party, "good guys" or "bad guys", have to die. The process of death. You can't imagine being a "bad guy" insurgent getting killed, so imagine you are an American baby with tweeker/alcoholic parents/step-parents. Beat to death. Or drowned. But imagine getting hung. Or killed in a horrible car accident. Or you know, shot. Or buried. Or that little girl and her mom obliterated by that flying rock. You guys all talk shit about they were so stupid, so what. It happened. I mean that was a little damn girl who barely knew anything about life in general, and her fucking mom, for Christ's sake, her creator!! Jesus. Sometimes you have to sift through the ooh's and ahh's to find the ones that really fuck you up. This is it for me. Just like that dude who choked on a bag of weed. It's just fucking weed(and I don't really even smoke it) and he knew he would get ass-raped by the pigs if they knew he had it. SO THEY TAZE HIM ANYWAYS!

Death is death. When it happens and your beyond stopping it, then you have to simply move on. Is death really that bad? I consider it to simply be death. You look to your right instead of your left because the sun is in your eyes. Is it really that bad? Its simply a matter of opinion, and those that think premature deaths are bad are usually considered sensitive and here are not supported.

I, personally, just think it happens. And I either like to laugh at reality or have no opinion about it.

How sure of that are you? I hope it is true for the sake of those whose heads are hacked off with something no sharper than a butter knife, but this guy appears to blink when they grab his head and yank it all over the place, several times.
I have watched others who were gurgling and trying to breath for what seemed like ages and I have seen some where they appeared to be almost entirely decapitated but were still moving? How is that?

It's true, when you're losing blood that fast your blood pressure drops rapidly and you're knocked out pretty quick (usually)... also there's so much adrenaline that though it'd be unpleasant they'd be little feeling after the first few seconds.

Here's a good practical example...

Ever been choked out? Half nelson? If they'd got a good hold you're easily out in 5 seconds... and that's purely because no blood gets to the brain... so if a choke can knock you out in 5 seconds simply by lowering the amount of blood to the brain, imagine getting zero blood to the brain... you'd be out before you knew it. Of course you'd keep breathing (or trying to) but it's a case of the light being on... but no one being there
