Sleeping ATM Security Guard Beat to Death with a Heavy Stick
Four masked men smashed the head of a security guard while attempting to rob an ATM in India. The coldblooded assault on the security guard, Harish Jhangad, was caught on CCTV. The footage shows four men breaking into an ATM of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur (SBBJ) on the intervening night of June 8 and 9. One of them is carrying a heavy stick which he uses to repeatedly smash the head of the security guard, who is seen sleeping. The assault is so ferocious Harish Jhangad stirs a bit but has no chance of even waking up. Beaten up brutally in his sleep, he seems to lose consciousness. The stick-wielding man is then seen smashing the CCTV camera to stop recording. Harish Jhangad was shifted to Jaipur's SMS Hospital much later, where he slipped into coma and succumbed to his injury on June 14. The villagers of the nearby Ojatu, from where he hailed from, refused to cremate his body and kept it on a bypass nad blocked the traffic in protest. Local officials led by SP Surender Gupta have assured to catch the culprit and also help to the victim’s family. Harish Jhangad’s wife has been assured of BPL cards and a job in local Anganwadi. There is also a promise of free education for his children. |

He would not have known much about that...The more perps, the bigger the chance of one blabbing about it to an outsider...Poor sod did not need to die, but its par for the course in today's world...get a kick from ending a persons life..
