In Amerika I'm sure it is simple to purchase these legal suppressors after signing a few papers with the ATF and what not, but they have a decibel limit and I highly doubt they are being shipped all the way in Irak. It would be more conveniant to just build your own suppressors but clearly these in the video including the weapons, armor and equiptment were military grade.
