i just read somewhere today they seized a bunch of 190(ish)mm cannon and 1500 humvees earlier this summer......190mm is a big ass shell

the "victim" had on a flak jacket, and the incoming bullet first hit the wall and deformed/disintegrated/otherwise lost energy before striking the target, so it is plausible the kid wasn't even harmed......
