On Sept 14 in the afternoon around 4 o clock S. B. (43) was buying water jars at a supermarket for his dispenser at his own shop. He saw M. (24) riding his bike delivering water jars. Irritation arose because S.B. has ordered water gallons from M. for days as he's a client of M.

M. once delivered gallons, however, the water was dirty so S.B. repeatedly contacted M.

After several calls, M. finally came but he only came to pick up the empty gallons, not delivering more gallons of clean water. S.B. felt tired contacting him again until that afternoon when S.B. saw M. delivering gallons to his other customers so the intention arose to teach him a lesson he wouldn't forget.

He was looking for the right moment to do so and when M. passed, S.B. intercepted him punching him in the head so M. fell from his bike so he punched him again pulled his badik/dagger stabbing him once in the back of his neck before him punching twice again.

M. ran away, however, at a distance of 200 meters, the victim fell in front of a boardhouse and died suspected of running out of blood.

The perpetrator was immediately secured by the police not far from the location of the stabbing. The incident that led to the loss of life shocked the residents. The father of one child was found dead with a stab wound on the back of his neck.

According to police, the stab went through the victim's heart. The perpetrator will be charged under Article 380 of the Criminal Code concerning murder and possible article 340 whether it was planned. The punishment of that is at least 15 years. Police secured the CCTV evidence and a badik measuring 25 cm used by the perpetrator.
