Shootout Leaves MP Officer Dead
Brazil A military police officer was killed and another wounded after a shootout with four assailants. It happened on Monday the 1st in the municipality of Santa Cruz do Capibaribe. Prior to the chase the four criminals stormed a market with guns taking cash and belongings. The officer who was driving the cruiser, A.J.D.S., aged 32, did not resist his injuries. He leaves behind a wife and three children. The other officer, M.P., survived with some injuries and was taken to a local hospital. The suspects vehicle was found abandoned in a rural area outside of town. |

Cops drove right into ambush. Cop driving took a header and his partner was trapped and had to exit into gunfire..hope they caught the mfr’s

They did today actually. A total of eight were killed as they did not surrender to police. Apparently the group was a gang specializing in robbery. Here's some aftermath pics and videos. The dead were identified as J.A.D.L, age unknown; A.B.D.L., 29; W.S.V., 22; M.V.S.D.N, 32; R.A.D.S., 32; J.P.A.D., 30; M.J.D.L, 37 and a 17-year-old. |

Haha, I knew I should have posted last night! I kept falling asleep at the computer so gave up + was going to carry it on today. Though, you've saved me sorting through the rest, I'll just post everything I had found so far: During a confrontation with police on 2nd July 2019 in Pernambuco (Brazil), 8 people were killed. The deceased, 2 women + 6 men, were all involved with the death of 32 year old A.J.D.S., a military police officer who was killed with shots the previous day whilst driving a car.
