but I drive 800 miles to NY, then back again twice a year.

I've seen a lot of motorcyclists driving like complete fucking morons with death wishes... but there are also the RESPONSIBLE ones who wear helmets and obey speed limits.

I just know I see a LOT of motorcycle accidents on DR.

I see a lot of car accidents and people getting killed walking across the road on DR. I suppose everyone that drives or walks is a 'retard' as you say? Like was said in a previous post, 98% of the accidents involving bikes are the fault of the car driver. If I were in charge of driving privileges, I would make EVERYONE ride a motorcycle for 1 year before getting their car license to show exactly what it takes to stay alive with all you stupid car drivers doing your make up and talking on your phones or texting or eating or whatever else you decide to distract yourself from the driving you are supposed to be doing.

I would not even think of saying that motorcyclists are not at fault in SINGLE VEHICLE ACCIDENTS, I'd have to be as dumb as YOU are to say that. On the other hand, from my own experience, when a second vehicle is involved, it is almost always the car drivers fault. If you turn in front of another vehicle, like the video shows the results of, regardless of the speed of the bike, you are at fault, because how hard is it to look twice at an oncoming vehicle to determine it's speed and NOT pull in front of it?
