it was a bad day for russian soldiers in kherson. overall the russian invasion has met stiffer resistance than planned esp in the north east region . however mariupol is close to being completely cutoff by land. the russians have failed with coordination, logistics/fuel and there bid to get a quick victory in kiev to get zelensky to surrender and bring a puppet govt to russia

I mean, its laudable that the Ukrainians are getting some hits in....but theyre fighting against fucking Russia. It's sort of a forlorn hope; eventually theyre gonna have to capitulate, because all NATO can do is impose sanctions........as if it never struck anybody that Russia might either have a plan to become self-sufficient without foreign aid, or that the Russian government would be perfectly willing to let its people suffer in order to get what it wants.

I thought Russian would be much stronger than this, now they lose so much (Ukraine as well but they fought back pretty hard). But this war washed away my thought about Russia as a superior military power.
