Same here. Even if you're a strong swimmer, it takes so much energy just to stay afloat in a violent surf. Not to mention the panic that comes when you realize that this may be the end. Their only chance would have been to swim out to sea (avoiding the various rocks) and try to move parallel to a takeout spot without cliffs. Slim but only chance there. |

There's no paradise. Also, that's more a stupid act than a heroic one. There was no chance he would ever pull that woman out from the sea with his barehands. Jumping into the water is just making sure there will be two funerals instead of one. |
