She just hit the gas instead of brakes, because she felt dizzy...or just because.
I'm reading now that she faced trial with a huge delay, cause she spent months in a hospital with heart problems after that. But she was granted amnesty and didn't serve her 1.4 year in prison. She's back working at the same building.
