Buildings Antennas Spans Earth That’s what a base jump is short for. And it’s done with a parachute, not leaping from the 3rd floor with a piece of rope that doesn’t appear to do anything. |

I don't think she was supposed to jump yet. Not until they pulled the slack from the main line. Reminds me of the dude that botched his bungee jump in a different country because he thought the safety guy said "go" and the cord wasn't even attached yet, but he actually said "wait" in a different language and it sounded like go. The video is on here somewhere
