For example, here in Rome, Italy, where I live almost 20 years, there's no laws or something that you have to keep it in vehicle. Only in stores o shops. In Ukraine, I remember that this was law so the DPS police stop you, If you do not have they give you a penalty. I remember it for sure, since my uncle take some of them. In russia I do not know, but I think that there's also some law. P.S. I just read not that there's 3 items that is mandatory for the drivers with 3 or more wheels: extinguisher, first aid kit and /_\ signal. |

P.S. another interest thing here in Italy that helmet on the bike is mandatory. In some different countries where I have been, like Greece, there isn't mandatory  so they keep going allo over without |
