Russia - Newly Found Yevgeny Urbansky Death Footage Released
"Mosfilm released a video of a fatal accident in which actor Yevgeny Urbansky died. The tragic footage was found after 57 years. It happened during the filming of the film "Director" The video shows the last minutes of the artist's life: the car with Urbansky and his colleague overturns while jumping over the dune. The actor was seriously injured and died in the hospital. The tragic incident happened in 1965. The death of Yevgeny Urbansky gave rise to many rumors: from contract killings to suspicions that he was drunk on the set and himself guilty of it. The box with the negative was accidentally discovered during an inspection. Director of "Mosfilm" Karen Shakhnazarov admitted that he had not seen this video before."

You can definitely see the severity of the situation with the shirtless guy. He's the first one to see what's going on under there and just walks away dejected.
