No information on where in Russia. Guy finds dead patient in a ward, and goes to find staff, but is unable to. |

He looks like he died of some type of wasting disease. His eyes are sunken and dark, cheeks are drawn. Tattoos could indicate hepatitis or AIDS. Also cancer is a good possibility. Or a really bad case of the Monday’s.
