I recognised the Cyrillic, but I’m glad you pointed out it was a fuel truck for our English speaking members. This accident had the potential to be far worse. Awesome post. English speakers: Back of tanker is pronounced ‘ogneopasno’ and it means Flammable or Fire Hazard. |
