China, A female flower shop owner is about to pull down the curtain at the entrance of a simple store to protect her flowers from sudden strong winds. Then suddenly the woman fell down. She was hit on the head by a brick/tile that fell from a height. The woman has died.

Must be some type of metal buckle or latch on that piece she was trying to close. The wind snapped it like a bull whip and hit her in the head and she was out cold.
no watch closely, its definitely a tile that comes flying in REALLY fast and smokes her in the head, it breaks upon impact.
