Ok, I did not read all 18 pages, that is just to much for an old girl like me! I have been to hundreds of Rodeo's and I guarantee that these animals are not being harmed in any way. I am a Red Neck an proud of it!! I have been in Rodeo's myself, never bullriding though, and It is fun and the animals are not misstreated. These amimals live a pretty good life and believe it or not but most of them enjoy it. I hate animal cruelty, I can't even watch the adds on TV without cying my eyes out! I see a pitt bull kill a guy and I am more concerned for the dog than the human. I do support animal rights, but rodeo is not cruelty. Look into it, I think you will find that more humans die in Rodeo's than animals. I do like this video, it is a good lesson to anyone who takes on the bull!

I'm not gonna get into whether it's cruel, or whether the bullrider is a bad person or anything like that... but I will say that I do not feel sorry for him or his family. It's not bullriding specifically... it's anything. A man dies from cancer after years and years of smoking. I don' feel bad for him, unless he's an illiterate retard who can't read the fuckin cigarette pack. A man dies race car driving, a man dies skydiving, a man dies from downhill mountain biking, and man dies from bullriding... it's all the same. You got yourself into that mess. Odds are his family supported him in his bullriding so I'm not gonna pretend to be sad over it. He knew the dangers. Now he's dead. Fuck him. |
