It's a documented fact all over the world: where there are strict gun laws, crime skyrockets. Disarm the citizens, and the only ones obeying the law are regular citizens; the bad guys will always have weapons...a well-armed and educated populace is a criminal's worst fear. I mean, would anyone ever go hunting if you knew the deer had rifles and shotguns???
