Everyone should be able to concealed carry. Because bad guys are going to do so anyways. Good guys are left being punished for that reason alone.

The robber is a 19 years old (Ismael de Souza). He was trying to rob a bus using a toy gun and was shot by an off duty officer. That was the info I saw |

Seems like he has a collapsed lung. On the brink of the death the body goes into survival mode and does what it can. In this guys case there is nothing it can do!
