A small calibre weapon often isn't powerful enough to do that. It probably tore a hole right through his brain though, because you can definitely hear the blood pouring from his mouth and nostrils.

It sounds like he says "Peace out!" At least that's what it seems like to me..I couldn't really tell, I might be completely wrong..Not only was he fat and racist, he was also stupid enough to say something inaudible right before he shot himself in the face..
