I was grouchy when I posted this. I didn't mean to imply that this lady is/was a Coke Whore, but rather, just that if Mac & Me's Grandma spent her life prostituting herself for the popular beverage she would probably have Mac-type Diabetes or McDiabetes®--overweight, suffering from hair loss, and from general shrinkage of the chesticular zones, and she would probably look a lot like this.

If I had to guess, she had recent surgery and she suffered from massive post-op internal bleeding. The pressure of the blood in her abdomen just pushed her intestines out thru the surgical incision. Whatever the cause, she’s got minutes to get into the OR or she will surely die.
