I posted this video a few months ago, but was soon taken down because Youtube cancelled that account. Anyways, the probability of a person's death spikes when he/she uses escalators or elevators in China. An old lady fell face down to her death in a pool of blood. There's no info about how she fell, I can only assume she fell from the floor above.

News report says it happened on Jule 2nd, a woman holding a child accidentally fell while taking the escalator (maybe the child in the vid crying ?) and they warn people to hold the handrail at all times when taking the escalator. She was brought to the hospital but died soon after.

So she probably fell face forwards because she was carrying that child and lost balance, hit the escalator with her face and arrived at top of the escalator as blood from her face is also around her feet. Don't know if an escaltor is strong enough to push an adult woman that far or surrounding people dragged her a bit away from the escaltor after they stopped it.
