Witnesses say the man, who spoke german with a foreign accent, talked about his children and made a confused impression.

Police say the motive behind his deed is not yet known, but are treating the case as an attempted suicide.

The guy spoke Dutch, not German.
(But still with a foreign accent)

I saw it happening this morning, looked pretty nasty and painful. The smell was also quite horrible... (No, I didn't make any pictures, I don't have a smartphone and didn't have a camera with me)

Crazy shit but waving with clothing increases the fire.
Guess the fire was too intense to put clothes directly on him to kill the fire.
