Uruguay. A man was shot and killed by a retired MP officer during an attempted armed robbery. The incident happened back on the 13th at a bank in the city of Montevideo. The would be robber was hit three times --- two in the chest and one in the head.

If this happened in my Country they would sue the old guy. Take the robber if he had lived and the state will keep him in luxury while the old guy would go to Jail.

Right at the start, love the way the guard was just standing there, gazing out through the glass watching the world go by, as the clock of the working day ticks and tocks, whats for lunch today? I wonder if i can finish early! In one second the next thing you know theres a gun to your head
