I know that the bloke was done for but still, a little care would've been nice.

The other 2 blokes took their time getting to him, then manhandle him + drop him on his face, then when they roughly carry him away (by his fucking head!), drop him face first!

Well as a legit Doctor, I would have prescribed to him exactly the nice head yanking he received being carried away like that. Also for the music to be turned up, and possibly several anointed leeches to keep away any unwanted Ghosts or Plasma Demons that the reptile may have been carrying.
