The driver did shoot first. I actually downloaded the video here, cut it down to just the shot sequence and slowed it down about 10 times. You actually see for literally a couple frames, hands pop out of the driver window and the flash from his weapon - timed perfectly with the first shot. And see another shot of the sequence when dumb-ass falls.

However... If you look at the publicized photo of dumb-ass with his gun pointed toward the car, he's toward the back part of the vehicle, with other people around the car (obvious from the photo)... when he gets shot, he walks up to the driver window, approaching from the front when he's shot. Considering there's no way he was up with his weapon AFTER he was shot, that leaves one conclusion. He was around the vehicle once, then came back AGAIN to confront and start an altercation with the driver, and it was this second time when he was shot.

Siding with the driver all the way. If you appear next to my car, that's one thing, but if you come back deliberately to confront me with a weapon, fuck you and the losers that are going to cry over you.
