Can you imagine the old battles where those who are captured are executed en masse? Beheading is a quick way with sharp weapons even though the person being decapitated is conscious of the fact for some seconds.

Later, in 1942, the Wehrertüchtigungslager or WELS (Defense Strengthening Camps) were created in Germany, which were designed to train Hitler Youth boys aged 16–18. They learnt how to handle German infantry weaponry, including hand grenades, machine guns and hand pistols
