Brazil, Saturday morning a pre-candidate councilor was surprised by two hooded, armed men wearing white gloves. The video shows the victim coming out of his house and getting into his car. Then two men in another car stopping next to his car and started shooting. He tries to escape through the passenger door but the two men walk around his car pointing their guns at him and finishing the job. One of the men can be seen pulling a second handgun from his waistband and pointing the gun at the victim's head and pulling the trigger a couple of times making sure he's dead. Police is investigating the case.

There was sure alot of time that went by from when he entered his car until they pulled up. Not to say it would not have happened eventually, but he could have been gone by the time they pulled up.
