It's easy to say he was drunk but to be fair I must say that it's probably very difficult indeed to stand without all of your skull intact and blood rushing in your eyes x

Not true at all such an injury will leave him in vegetative state if not dead, actually he must have an inner ear injury due to the hydrostatic shock, if he survives he will probably suffer from chronic vertigo.
