Brazil, A military policeman was killed and another wounded after they checked out complaints about a car noise disturbance on Friday (8) around midnight in western Goiás.

According to the fire department, there was exchange of fire with partygoers. One man died and two others were also injured in the fight. A video shows the moment one picks up the pistol from the holster and shoots down the MP.

In the video, the cops show up trying to arrest a man wearing a blue striped shirt. A woman tries to stop the action, shouting that he had done nothing to justify being arrested.

During the scuffle and confusion that followed a man, 49, wearing white shirt and yellow shorts approaches the back of the police officer, 45, takes the gun from the holster on his leg and fires several times in the direction of the MP. After he fell the shooter is still targeted by the man.

According to the military police the sergeant died on the spot. People who were there ran to hide behind cars that were at the party. Several cars were also riddled with bullet holes in the bodywork and glass.

Another policeman that was hit by a bullet was rescued by the fire department and taken to the Emergency Hospital. He undergoes surgery in the unit and his health status has not yet been informed.

That cop had no control and made multiple mistakes and paid for it. Quite a familiar story for me.
