Africa, they are all ready doing it here. I live in the South Island and about 20 km's from where I live the Chinese own a huge dairy plant, and they are buying up more land in the North Island.
Property prices in Auckland have sky rocketed because they government lets rich Chinese do what ever the fuck they want.
