Regardless of whether they could have eventually pulled her back in (it didn’t look like they’d be able to) She fell because while she was trying to get a foothold with her feet her feet were just slipping along the surface of the wall. If (and once she did) gain traction, her pushing her legs against the wall then directed the force of her body away from the wall. Imagine being in a pool and holding onto the edge with your hands and trying to get your footing. |

It may sound harsh but very well deserved at the end. She wasn't a small kid to be doing that but really stupid enough to cross that line & rest was darwin's theory of evolution. Also she didn't hit any protrusions & the landing seemed a bit soft unlike hitting bare concrete & her body remained pretty intact.
