Phone Store Employee Unloads on Would Be Robber
This past Monday an employee at a Metro PCS in Philadelphia shot and killed a man attempting to rob the store.

In the surveillance footage the suspect walks in brandishing a firearm and throws a bag on the front counter.

The unnamed employee, who investigators said has a permit to carry, quickly pulled out his gun and opened fire, shooting the suspect several times.

After viewing the footage, rightfully so the Philadelphia Police Department ruled it a justified self defense shooting.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

The employee who fatally shot an armed man attempting to rob a Metro PCS store on Monday in Southwest Philadelphia will not face criminal charges, the District Attorney’s Office and Police Department said this week.

The store has been hit by robbers several times in recent months.
