I feel it best to analyze the post as it is listed. This user is clearly referring to the stereotypical colonialist imperialist white human. This includes (among many others) the ancient Romans, the British empire and the current world top superpower, America. We interpret history with the data that we currently have and there has been no other people as destructive to humans as what the user is referring to as white people. I can think of only one other people that one could argue for, but that's it.

If you, however, feel that no-one can be included on such a list, then maybe more research is in order to more fully understand the current data that exists.

So you ignored what I asked, for the purpose of confirmation bias...
