It's a smartphone. Who holds a gun the way she was holding that object? I've never seen guns held that way

Re: Pennsylvania Man James Spaide, Shoots Neighbors Over Snow Removal
Unless you’ve experienced an horrific neighbourly dispute and had to live with it, I doubt you’d know the abject misery it can cause. He was clearly in a mental state to take his own life. I agree it’s extreme. But I can appreciate exactly why he may have done it. No one knows what any of these people were like. The couple he shot may have been the absolute scum of the earth and, frankly, did deserve what happened to them. Or perhaps not. We don’t know. |

She may have lived if he didn’t come back out. Looked like she was able to push the gun away when he was standing over her. Shits crazy.

Re: Pennsylvania Man James Spaide, Shoots Neighbors Over Snow Removal
I've been in some bad ones. Litigation, boundary disputes, rival surveyors, HOA witch hunts, poisoned pets, and a lot more. But regardless of my personal experiences, no amount of irritation inflicted upon a neighbor (short of actual infliction of bodily harm) could ever justify lethal force. Period. Fullstop. To even attempt to rationalize deadly force as an acceptable resolution to a dispute, ANY dispute, wherein one party is NOT being physically injured is abject folly and dangerous. Making these sorts of rationalizations only serves to further normalize this aberrant behavior. I would list my house, pack my shit, and MOVE before pulling a gun on a neighbor I couldn't stand. Any sane person would explore every conceivable alternative before resorting to lethal force. As far as I am concerned personally, anyone who advocates for or justifies this behavior should be on a watchlist. They're a ticking fucking time bomb of violence and rage. |

From what I read the shooter was a Democrat, explains why he was so shit with a firearm. He probably got them after the Covid lockdowns started lol. |

I just keep watching this over and over and showed it anyone willing to watch. Can’t say it enough. Should be a lesson to all of us. Be careful who you’re fucking with. |
