Penitentiary & Prison Institute Inspector on Bike Killed by Drunk Driver
Colombia, Yesterday morning a National Penitentiary & Prison Institute inspector died in a hit and run accident when he was traveling on his motorcycle to work when he was hit by a white vehicle.  The driver of the car was drunk and accompanied by two female passengers. After the accident the driver fled the accident scene and so far police does not know the whereabouts of this subject. |

In these situations, Non -HD security camera are worthless bull$h!t.. You can't get vital info about car number or even the look of offenders! |

The biker was almost on the white line. Why didn't he swerve left? I don't think he saw the car turning until the last moment.

A passenger got out of the white car and got left at the scene. He actually was one of the people checking on the biker towards the end.  Seems he didn't have any intention of leaving the scene. I figured he'd have been interviewed by the police (assuming they knew he was a passenger in the offending vehicle)  |
