Passenger Bus Explodes Killing Two, Injuring 18
Russia. 2 women died. Initially, there was a version of the explosion of gas cylinders, but representatives of the bus company and the authorities said that the bus was running on diesel fuel. Drivers will ask passengers to pay attention to foreign objects, local authorities said.  The explosion occurred on Thursday evening, at first about 10 victims were reported, but at night the number of wounded increased to 18. The condition of several people is serious - they are in intensive care, one person underwent surgery.  There were 35 passengers on the bus. |

The Russian National Anti-Terrorism committee has stated that they are looking for those responsible according to both Reuters and Associated Press. This is starting to look more like criminal intent, possibly terrorism.

I think the lady in the dress who walks by the bus in the beginng is suspect.......if you heard an explosion behind you and you didn't know anything about it wouldn't you turn around? lolol....that's my 2 cents  |

~ Looks like luckily whoever was carrying the gas cylinder sat next to the left bus window & placed it next to the bottom underneath of the seat so it was miraculous that only two were killed. It could have been worse. ~ The two women who died were probably transporting it. ~ The cause of the explosion could have been a leaky gas cylinder combined with a spark caused by hitting the gas cylinder against the metal support of the passenger seat. |
